Cutest Dog Competition
This is the very last week for the cutest dog competition. Not a single doodle has won. IMHO some of the dogs who have won the weekly votes aren't very cute. So if you'd like we can try to change that. Please vote for Luca

IMO, the voting has to be electronically rigged. Some of the entrants received over 2000 votes. So I have not voted, even for my dog, this last week. It's not about the cutest dog (which would be a doodle....:-) ) It's about who knows how to generate computer votes.
But, I'll be glad to rally behind Luca! -

Thanks. I wondered about all that myself but maybe some folks just know how to rally the troops. If a quarter of the people on DK voted once it would about 1250 votes. Maybe some people--like college students--just have a loyal following. It would be nice to have a doodle win anything but it seems chihuahuas rule.

Is the contest over? I voted for the doodles yesterday, but today when I voted it said, "Give me a hug" instead of "Vote for me". (I did give them hugs!)

Thanks for all your voting , Rose. The contest is over except for choosing among the weekly finalists and not a doodle in sight. that alone means it was rigged : ( Truly ,I like all dogs but some of the weekly winners were not very cute--sour grapes, eh. Luckily Luca didn't know he was in a contest so his self esteem remains intact.

Awww. Doodles got my votes. They will always get my votes. I have to agree, some of those dogs were not so cute at all! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder....... I suppose
