Rapid Bath system

For those of you who use the rapid bath system A couple of questions.

Do you have to use the shampoo cartidges?
Is it worth the money?
Can you use other shampoo ?
I have seem from other post that it does cut down on the bathing time.

What is it? I've never heard of rapid bath! Sounds interesting

Katie Walsh uses this and was explaining a little to me because I am interested too. I just left a message on her page to come here and help us out. I am going to a grooming convention in a week and I am hoping to pick one up at a good price, but also would like to know if refilling the cartridge is possible.
