Our Goldendoodle is constantly barking at the new Boxerdoodle

Hi Everyone! We got the new Boxer/Poodle pup on Sunday, and she is adorable!
A little kennel cough that she is getting over, but the sweetest dog ever.
I have yet to post pictures-coming soon!

My question is more of a general question for multiple dog owners...

We had them meet at a neutral location, and there was a lot of sniffing, and they seemed fine.
At home, Rusty, our Doodle, constantly barks at Daisy. He follows her around, and just barks at her. He pokes at her like he wants to play, tails wagging, and sometimes she's responsive and plays back, and they are good for 20 minutes just jumping around together. Sometimes I think she's annoyed and she will snap back at him to stop. They do play a lot together, but it's the barking that I wonder about. Is it his way to show dominance, or just to get her attention to play? They eat right next to each other and share a water bowl with no problem, he just likes to bark at her.
Any suggestions??
