upgrading profile picture

I'm not able to upload a new picture for my profile. What's going on?

Here is what you do:
click on manage my page under your existing profile pic
then click on profile
then click on browse
click on the pic you want
then you HAVE to go to the bottom of the page, right side and click "save"
IF this is not working then there has to be something wrong.
At that point then go to the main page at the very bottom , in the orange, and click on report an issue
They will take care of it. I have had to have them help me with stuff and they are pretty good at fixing the situations pretty quick. Good luck

YEA and Nice New Picture!

You also wrote this in your tag line Now if we could just do something about Sophie's eyes in this picture. Red eye reduction didn't help.
