Have you met other doodles in your area?

We live near Chattanooga and have not met any other doodles out and about. We did meet 2 Goldendoodles in Obedience Class but have not seen them since. We also had a surprise meeting of another Labradoodle who looked just like Zeke (except for the nose) at the groomer but we didn't get to meet the owner. We've heard of other doodle owners but just haven't met up with any. Do any of you participate in a meet-up group? If so, how did you get it started?

When we were at Petsmart. We met Nina,Phin,and Harlow. Harlow is such a great dog.

We also saw a Southern Charm Labradoodles puppy at the Leita Thompson Dog Park ( we got Annie from SCL). She was a Gizzie Roo puppy.

I haven't meet any doodles either. Though I have only had zoe a blessed 16 days, I haven't seen any on walks, at the park at the pet store. or groomer. There is a web site called meetup.com, you type in labradodle and if someone started a group there, it'll be on there and then you can decide if you want to join the group or not. just an idea. Just read about the flyer, and I think I will print one out as well and start hanging up as soon as zoe is allowed to socialize in public areas
