Stinky paws

Has anyone had luck with curing stinky paws? I've tried earth bath wipes which mask the smell for about a few hours. Zoe gets plenty of baths but her paws often smell funky after just a week or so.
Traveling for 2 weeks - Do I drop my dog off at my sitter's home or have her go home with sitter after her playtime?
