Samson, the Labradoodle!!

About Me:
I love my family. They mean the world to me. I love my labradoodle Samson. He's the best! I help out at my family's campground/resort right next door. I love the campground & meet lots of people and their dogs which I LOVE! My daughter is a journalism major at Temple University and my son works for a marketing company. I'm home a lot during the winter time when I love to catch up on my reading, watching movies, and television. During the camping season, I work about 30 hours a week. It is very interesting working with the public!! I have seen and heard a lot of stuff!! I always tell my husband--"we should be on a reality show!"

Samson is a loving, wonderful dog. He is very much a part of our family. He is a beautiful chocolate brown color. He's playful, loyal and smart!

Breeder
Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
My husband wanted a bigger dog. We went with the standard size and I wanted a dog that was loyal and smart. I had a minature poodle growing up so I knew he would be smart!!
What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
Take him to my mother in laws house for a visit. Take him on long walks in the resort where I work with my family!

Nope!
Who grooms your doodle(s)?
The Vetinary hospital has a grooming division!

A Meeting with Adelle!

Samson met his first relative. My mother in law and my neice stopped by the campground today. My mother in law is in LOVE with Samson (Samson visits her retirement village apartment every once in a while) and she just thinks he's the greatest dog! Is it my imagination but as soon as I get a Labradoodle...everyone I see has one??? How is that possible??? I pick the most awesomest dog breed mix in the whole wide world....and everyone follows me?? How is that possible...again I ask?? LOL!

Training Classes & opening weekend!!

So....I've started obedience training classes, one on one. It has been really awesome!! I'm very surprised at how much I am enjoying this!! The trainer is a behaviorist also. We train with treats and a clicker. This has been very good and I have learned a lot about how dogs think. I just had my second lesson yesterday.
