I had two older Goldens who both died recently. Max was very bonded with them. He's been very attached to me since then.

Where did you get your doodle(s)?: Rescue

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I've always had Goldens and when the Doodle became available, I was very interested.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: He likes to ride in the car and play with my grandson.

Does your doodle(s) shed?: A little bit but nothing major

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: Just Happy Hounds

Grieving Doodle?

Hi, I'm new to the board and am writing on behalf of me and my 7-year-old Doodle, Max. About a month ago we lost our two senior Goldens, within 3 weeks of each other. We were all very bonded and I'm worried that Max is lonely. I enrolled him in a different daycare, with lots of other Doodles to play with. but he isn't as active there as I'd hoped. He'll play with one or two dogs but mostly hangs around the trainers.
