I understand your concern with being outside and enjoying the water. So far, he hasn't had any indication that he wants to go in the pool without me. But I am monitoring it and will keep you posted.

Please keep me updated regarding the pool. Our 2 have no interest and in one way, I am glad. They have access to the outdoors when we are gone and that would have to stop if they became pool pooches. We do take them to the beach to keep up the swimming skills. They swim, but need some coaxing. Maybe they just aren't into that - more yard dogs.

About Me:
I am a 2 1/2 year-old Goldendoodle. I LOVE to play in water and finally got over my fear of jumping off of pool steps yesterday. Swimming is FUN! (especially if a tennis ball is involved).
What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
I have two sisters (cats) but they don't count.
Where did you get your doodle(s)?

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
My mom chose me because I am wonderful. I don't shed, I am really really sweet and really really smart (sometimes she says I am too smart).
What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
I love to swim, I love to make my mom fetch the tennis ball, I love playing with my friends at Day Care (I only get to go one day a week), well, I just love life.

Nope!

Favorite Doodle Products?
I love my Orvis bed, it's really huge. I love my doggles cause that means I get to stick my head out the sunroof when we drive around. I think other people like it too cause they point and smile at me. (Everyone says I am cute, whatever that is).
