I have 5 goldendoodles (first generation) whom I absolutely love. I planned and waited a long time to find get them. They are siblings: Bill, Rose, Mia, Libby, and Jasmine. They are fun, playful, attentive and loving. I plan to do some agility training when they are old enough just for fun. Rose is very athletic.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

Had a golden retriever growing up whom I dearly loved. As an adult I have always had rescue dogs. But always dreamed of having a standard poodle. Never gave into this wish because of fear of the health issues. Discovered the golden retriever / standard poodle mix and the fact that the out breeding helps to improve the genetics of both breed.
