Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Almost every single day, someone says, "I don't think Fudge and Vern could get any cuter." Just because the voice sounds surprisingly like my own, does not mean it is not true. Well, think again, because my two Doodles did just get cuter and would like to model their new bandanas. My niece sews the cutest designs on children clothing and other things, but I asked her to make some bandanas for Fudge and Vern. I wanted her to do the "I'm a Doodle! What are You? bandanas, but I couldn't stop there. I think after those first two bandanas, my niece quickly added her name to the list of people who think I get carried away once I start something. I started dreaming up new bandanas that I wanted and asking her to make them work. I bombarded her with emails and phone calls and she must have been so busy creating my masterpieces that she forgot to answer my phone calls. It was weird. I even offered that she could use Fudge and Vern as her dog models in her Etsy store free of charge, which just proves what a nice aunt I can be. Fudge and Vern can be very picky about who they allow to use their photos in ads and such. Well, without further ado, here are the models in their Project Doodlewear bandanas.
Fudge is ready for her close up!
Vern is playing hard to get under the shadow of the big tree.
Strike a Pose! I only chose the names, she did all the rest :)
I found some cute pebble/stone fabric and asked her to do one that said, "Doodles Rock!" Love the girly pink letters she chose to coordinate with the fabric.
Next, some star fabric to use for a star Doodle!
And finally the bandanas that started this whole craze and to think my niece probably thought to herself, "I'll humor my aunt and do these two bandanas and she will leave me alone." Wrong....LOL..as the pictures show :)
Here is her information, if anyone is interested.

OMD my worst nightmare! Those Boilermakers give us such a hard time every year! :) Last year I was in Florida visiting my dad the day of the Purdue game and I called Libby's mom with 2 minutes to go to accuse her of not putting the bandana on Libby (of course that was the sole reason they were losing.....), but she swore she had it on. I guess I learned my lesson! But who knows what this year's game will hold? So much fun, though!
OMG, Fudge and Vern are so adorable and they are great models! How long did they go to modeling school? Of course it helps that their mom is such a good photographer too! Thanks for posting the link Laurie. I'm going to order several for Chloe!
YAY...post pictures when you get some for Chloe. Thank you! They do pose pretty nicely for me, but Vern sometimes takes to hiding behind the trees when he sees that camera :) Fudge thinks it means it is time to play ball.
So adorable! I love the font that she chose. The purple on Fudge is awesome! I love them all.
Thank you, Sheri. Yes, she chose all the colors and fonts. She did a great job!
I love the bandanas Laurie! I didn't realize it was your niece making them! I have to get Jilly to get used to wearing bandanas, she has one off in no time. As for Jack, he'll proudly model the hair clips my DD puts in his hair, so he'd love these for sure!
Janie, LOL...Jack with hair clips :) My two don't mind them at all. Sometimes, Vern yanks them off of Fudge, but mostly they are good. Thank you!
Cute photos and your niece did a great job! I really love the photo of Fudge and Vern together, adorable!
Thank you, Amy!
I hope those models got well rewarded for that fashion shoot and that your niece's business grows and grows...I'm definitely going to have to get some of those (hope she ships to Ireland)
Thanks, Nicky. My niece actually used to do Irish Dancing and loves Ireland. She has beautiful red hair, too. I could always hand deliver them to you on the cruise :)
Wow what awesome bandanas! These two cutie pies are adorable. hugs to Fudge and Vern!!
