A really Good Shampoo

Looking for a really good shampoo that will lather well and does not contain a lot of chemicals. I am tired of the Petland products that tend to do little more then rinse the Doodles and cost a fortune. Please advise what product you have found to do a good job.

I use Burt's Bees no tears baby shampoo and wash. I accidentally discovered that it crossed over very well from humans to dogs.
Smells subtle and awesome, good ingredients, good lather, and compared to dog shampoos, affordable.
I also use Avalon Organics lavender conditioner on Porter's hard-to-brush spots.

Like others, I use mane and tail. It works very well, and is reasonably priced.
