Any interest out there in starting a group of Doodle-sitters!

I have always thought it would be nice to find people who live close to eachother with doodles who would be willing to watch our doodles in their home when we went away and vis versa. I know that I would feel more comfortable with a fellow doodle lover watching my doods and would be willing to welcome other doodles. I don't know how many more I can't fit on the bed, but I could alway sleep on the floor! Summer is around the corner and seeing Katherine's post about boarding, starting me thinking about this idea again. Let me know what you think!

Hi Marcia, Kodie & Tannor,
You are actually the only one even close to me. We live in Yucaipa/Redlands area. It would be fun to get our dogs together to see how it works. I have two kids as well so my dogs are use to kids, but the cat may be a different story. They have never been around cats and currently chase them out of our yard. I don't think they would be aggresive with it, but they would really bug it alot!

By the looks of things, I recieved alot of positive response, but I don't know where to go from here. I would say that we would have links by state, but I am not familiar with starting a group or setting it up. Any help would be appreciated!
