BAGEL HIDER!!!

Hey All,

Ginger has done this 3 times now...got bagels that HUBBY left out, and hid them around the house...behind a pillow, corner of chair....there are tooth marks on them, but NOT eating them...like saving them for later..any one else see this before!  It's kinda cute, but DON'T tell Ginger!!!

When you have more than one Doodle they "woof" everything down so the other one doesn't get it.  There would be no hiding the bagels with my two boys....they would be history in five minutes.  This is very cute.

Funny!  Wonder if she'd hide donuts?  My daughter's little dog hides food.  It's so cute--she trots away with a treat and finds just that special place for it.  A different dog of this daughter's buried her husband's socks in the flower bed.  Nothing else--just his socks!

Yes, we had a shepherd who loved to hide bagels.  On the weekend, if there was an old bagel hanging around, I would give it to her thinking she would use it as a chew.  But, no, she would run all over the yard and the house looking for the perfect hiding place.  Sometimes she buried it, sometimes hit it, but never saw her eating one.  It was kind of our weekend joke and we said Tracy was frantically asking, "What do you do with a week-old bagel?"  This evolved into the Saturday morning pancake hunts which have been a regular occurance at our house for the last 15 years.
