Is your doodle obsessed with playing fetch? At one time Haley was just like the Energizer Bunny on steroids when it came to fetch. I would have given anything (except Haley) to have had one of these at that time.

A little pricy but .................

Happily, the days of fetch obsession are over here. At 10, JD still brings a ball to every person who sets foot in the house, including service people, but his age coupled with his herniated lumbar disc result in his tiring out about the same time my throwing arm does. :)
Back in his salad days, though, I would have loved one of these gadgets.
Sometimes I wish Orwell would be as ball obsessed as my Bonny was. It's hard to keep his interest in anything and thus it's harder to exercise him.
If he was ball obsessed, I still think he would grow tired of the monotony of this machine. He likes the variety in throws when he is actually interested for the 10 minutes we play. He loves me chasing him while he holds the ball more. :P
This is pretty cool. Murph is "ball obsessed"....Guinness not so much. The problem is that I'm fairly certain that he would never figure out how to put it back in the machine. He would just bring it to me and STARE.
Oscar would love something like that. Just wish it used something besides tennis balls. Tennis balls are fun chew toys to him, and a yummy treat, as he would surely eat them!
Looks like a fun gadget to have. Skadi never was good at returning the ball, let alone to teach her how to put the ball back in the gadget. I tried with many treats for her to bring me the ball, she never caught on...and our "rehomed" Elli acts like no one ever played fetch with her and she's 6. So I take it these gadgets are pricey? But worth it?
