Buddy and first snow!

So overnight we got our first snow of the season.  We weren't quite sure how Buddy would react.  We got him the 3rd week of Feb this year so he had a little "taste" of snow, but not much because he was so young.  And did I mention how much Buddy hates to be out in the rain and walk in wet grass.

 

Anyway, I had him out for a bit this morning and he loved it!  He buried his nose in the snow, ate some of it, jerked his head up and tried to bite at the snow that cam off his head when he jerked.  It was so funny.  Then he started running around in the back yard and then up on the deck.  I took my camera with me and thought I would share a shot!  I love snow and I love how Buddy seems to love it too! :)

What a great picture!! Our goldendoodle Thomas hates the rain and really hates it when he has to step on wet grass just like your Buddy....BUT he LOVES the snow. Here are some pictures of him when he was 5 mths old frolicking in the snow at our cottage on Georgian Bay.

Great picture!! Lilly gets the zoomies when we have snow and then she never wants to come back inside.;-) Lilly don't like to get wet in the rain either but they sure don't mind the snow.

Very cute shot. We're goin for it tomorrow in . Sheila was a young baby last winter. She has been sniffing it, watching it and we took her "out" today on leash. Tomorrow we'll let her loose and see what happens. I don't have a snow suit yet, so I'm expecting a snowball doodle.
