Chervil in Surgery

Thanks to all of you who passed on suggestions and good wishes to my earlier discussion.  As it turns out, Chervil's vomiting continued, and the vet grew increasingly concerned when even the anti-vomiting medicine didn't work.  Early xrays didn't show any visible obstruction, but xrays this morning, after injecting some sort of dye) indicate that there's either something that's very difficult to see obstructing her or there's a problem connected with an organ.   Her stomach is extended and so there may be a tumor there, or a liver node growth, or some other surprise.  We got to go see her before surgery, which was wonderful and agonizing, too.   Please send good thoughts.  It's just awful to see her get so sick so suddenly and not know the likely outcome.  Even sick, though, she remained sweet and happy to see us.

Linda, please let us know ASAP how she did with the surgery and what the outcome was. It's so good that they feel surgery will take care of if, unlike a few other doodles who are still struggling with getting a diagnosis so they can treat it.
