Do any of your Doodles have long curly eyelashes?

I can't believe how long and curly Sheeba's eyelashes can become if I let them grow out too long. They will obstruct her vision, they grow so long and curly. When I have her groomed, I make sure they clip her eyelashes when they are out of control.

[Frannie & Callie]

Callie gets CRAZY long eyelashes, but they're straight, with an upward curve. They do get trimmed when she gets groomed, but they get amazingly long!

Clifford's eyelashes get very long too, but I love it.  My husband accidentally trimmed them on one eye last time he was trimming Clifford's bangs and I couldn't wait for them to grow back!

I accidentally trimmed one of Peri's lashes when I was trimming her eyes last time too. It made me so mad at myself!!!  I love her loooong lashes. They are usually at least 2" and have a slight curve to them!

I can see why. I'm sure it doesn't take too long for them to grow back.

[Dot, Maggie and KoKo]

Maggie and KoKo have normal eyelashes but my granddaughter's Rosie doodle has the longest eyelashes I've ever seen on a dog.  She gets them trimmed when she is groomed.  They curl up beautifully and would be the envy of any lady.

Darwin's are super long but dead straight! They grow down and out, and if I don't trim them they are out of control!

[Ricki and Tara (doodle)]

Tara's are really long but pretty straight. They just have a bit of a swoop at the bottom. Someone on DK once commented that they look like peacock tails!! LOL!

Awww Ms Tara - you're so cute in your hat! Callie's eyelashes are quite similar to this, but would never in a billion years show up in a photo (black on black on black!)

Thanks, Callie was the one who inspired Tara to try wearing a hat because she looks so CUTE in HERS!!

 

Yep, my last dog was black and I understand the whole black on black issue!!! I love the lashes though. The groomer always cut them off. Sometimes just ONE side!! Now that I am attempting her grooming I'm trying to work around them.  But we ran into problems when she tried to wear some doggles. They fit tight down over her lashes and she couldn't open her eyes! Oops!!

Starlit has eyelashes long like Tara's eyelashes.  Spud's get long and very curly--of course curly. 

 

I think it was Linda and Murphy several years ago who had a picture of eyelashes at least 10 inches long!   Maybe she will see this post and show us that picture

Fashion girl Tara and her crazy long lashes - fantastic, Daisy's curl up and are like humans nothing like this- now I am jealous of her too!
