Does your doodle lie down like this?

Everyone comments at how Cocoa likes to rest. I've never known another dog who rested with her hind legs like this- is this a doodle or poodle thing?

Bodi does this, but growing up we had a German Short-haired pointer and a Springer Spaniel.  They were never in this position!

Oscar lies like that sometimes. Its really funny to see, especially when he lays his head between his paws. He's known at our house as having multiple strange sleeping positions, too. On his back, kind of curled into a 'comma', with legs splayed out is the strangest. Looks a little reptilian :)

BTW, Lucy, who has more poodle-like traits, does not lie this way.

I love this pose!  Myla doesn't do it unfortunately but I've seen so many other doodles that do - come to think of it, I've only seen doodles laying like this but I'm not on any other dog sites either LOL.  Myla does sleep on her back with her legs spread though - very unladylike for sure - but I'm glad she does one of the two poses I think are hilarious!!!!!

Enzo sleeps like this all the time. We call it the superman pose. Our previous 5 Goldens slept like this as well.
