I have recommended Doggiefoodcom.com many times here. I was about to order food from them but they were out of stock on all large bags of Acana. A day or two later their server was down. I read on their Facebook page that people had been charged recently for food never received. Beware! They were great for years, sigh. So who do you guys like for delivery of dog food?

I don't order my dog food online, but I continue to hear great things about chewy.com.

Thanks, I am thinking of going with them.

I've been using Chewy.com for years and never had a problem.

You cannot beat the service of Chewy.com.  I highly recommend.  I also use their autoship for an additional discount. Fast and reliable.

Yikes! I don't order dog food online but seems people like Chewy.com

I, too, use Chewy. I love the flexibility with the Autoship- it can be changed at any time with just a few clicks. And, they've got great customer service.

Another big fan of chewy.com right here!  Like Lori said, I love that I can quickly adjust my autoship as desired (for both ship date and product), and I, too, have been really impressed with their customer service.

Thanks all for the advice, just ordered from Chewy.

Chewy.com

Nothing but praise from me!

I LOVE Chewy.com.

100% Chewy.com.  Their customer support is amazing and the auto ship is timely and well packaged. I had one bag that was open and received a new one is a day or so and they told me to keep the first one. Besides, they have Fromm and at a good price. When doing price comps, Chewy prices were comparable and sometimes less, sometimes more than the local Pet Club ( who doesn't carry Fromm). But the shipping is always free for me and it comes right to the door.  No hassles of the store running out, carrying the bag to car, out of car. All worth it!

There was a big discussion on this on FB a couple days ago started by one of the folks who has paid but not gotten a shipment notification nor can she get them to return an email or phone call.  A couple others jumped in with the same problem.  Adrianne came on saying that the owner (she called him by name like she knows him, not sure) had sold the business (but was still involved) and they are in the process of opening another location somewhere.  Regardless, as I said on that discussion, that is no way to treat customers.  So, with that said, I too recommend Chewy.com.  I told the same story on that site, but a few months ago I ordered two large bags of food, $100 worth.  I forgot that I had sent some toys to Honey, Guinness and Rosco a few days prior.  Guess where my food went!  Yep, Dane called and said did you order some dog food.  I knew instantly what I had done.  Chewy said tell Dane to donate the food to a rescue and we will reship at no charge to me.  A couple days went by and I didn't get a ship notice so I called to see if I needed to do something.  They apologized profusely and said they were refunding 50% of my purchase price.  I begged them not to because the mistake was mine and I had created the mess.  They said it is already done.  I had the food the next day.  Most of my shipments come within 1 to 2 days.  They are the best.
