We want our Doodles to cruise with us..........Fina a Doodle friendly ship

I sure wish we could find a cruise that they could come on but no doodles for now.  Think about it - where would dogs go potty on a cruise ship.
Cunard is the only cruise line I know of that allows pets. But, to me, it's not worth the higher price because the pets must be kept at one of the kennels the entire trip (not allowed anywhere else, even in your room). They do have a play area, but what's the point if you cannot spend much time with your Doodle unless you want to be stuck in a kennel all day and night.
When people are asking to take their doodles I don't think that is what they have in mind :)   Plus you'd have to pay to fly your over 20 lb dog there just to stay in a kennel the entire trip.  :(
Jane, I love my dogs as much as anyone, but I would never even think about taking them on a cruise. I thank you for all the work you are doing to get this thing going. It sounds wonderful!!
I do not want Jack on the boat with me, no way.. One swift wind and that baby is overseas.. Jack is the center of attention all the time, I need some me time, not worrying about anything..
My two would see something in the water and jump in to get it :) I could just see the boat being turned around to pick up two doodles in the water.

They barely slow down for humans overboard - they'd just keep going if it were doodles :(

We are all good, dedicated doodle parents - but this is gunna be some US time to rest (a little) - relax (a lot) and cut loose (but not in front of any cameras)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to think of a doodle cheer (for those drinking times) a doodle dance (to humiliate ourselves with in the bar) and some doodle games - "Name That Doodle".

Laurie - you'd be good at this so lend a hand.

I will get my Doodle thinking cap on and let you know :)
Clover would jump right in with them.  She would be trolling for sharks instead of bobbing for apples.
If you need a recommendation for a cruise agent let me know, being in corporate travel for 20 years I know lots of great cruise agents :-)
Denise - I have already talked to an agent that has a brick & mortar location here in Ft. Myers.  Some of those inter-net only places make me a little nervous - here today and gone tomorrow.  I'd love to hear who you would suggest as I'm not tied into anything with this person right now from Adventure Travel of Florida.
