Glad it wasn't anything more serious and hope everyone is doing better today!
So glad Georgia is ok! Nasty spiders!
im having a bit of a worry with Cooper - she never vomits and rarely has diarrhea. Since she was over-vaccinated a month ago (the vet gave her DA2PP plus lepto instead of just lepto, she had the DA2PP 4 months before) she has vomited 3 times and had diarrhea about 6 times (she had the booster a thursday)
Yuk! Spider bite! I wouldn't have expected that. My first scare turned out to be embarrassing. Trav was all hunched over, wouldn't walk, obviously in pain. What I didn't know was that his 'red rocket' had gotten stuck in the out position, which apparently can happen with dogs who have a lot of hair to impede the action. I didn't see the rocket, so rushed him to the vet, not knowing what was causing his pain. Of course, by the time we got there, the situation had fixed itself. After an expensive battery of tests, we were sent home with the vet saying he really had no idea what caused a pain attack. The next time it happened, I did notice the rocket, and jumped on the net to see if I could find anything about this situation. There was both information and advice--it's a situation that usually fixes itself in a few minutes, and some intimate area clipping is a wise thing to do. Dang!
