Flying Doodle Photos

I'm talking about the pics where the doodles have all four off the ground!! I absolutely LOVE those pictures and yet have so far failed miserably at getting one of Tara!! I spent 1/2 hour today TRYING to get one and she was flying like crazy! But my miserable, cheap camera wasn't up to the job!! All I got was AIR-with no doodle in it!!

 

So for now I will have to live vicariously through my doodle friends with awesome cameras! Please share your favorite photo of your doodle flying!!!

Richard, thanks for all the helpful info! Years ago, before digital cameras, I had an SLR camera. So, I understand what you mean about the ability to control the various functions of the camera in a way that is not possible with most point and shoot digital cameras. What you described about pointing, shooting and then WAITING is exactly what is happening in my case! I really need to upgrade!!

 

By the way that is a great photo too. I would love to get a shot of Tara like that one!!

I think that the kind of SD card also can make a difference. There are extreme cards which I believe capture the information much quicker aloowing the next shot to be taken. Right, Richard ?

I LOVE all these pictures! Louie flies down 8 outside steps when he's excited to see who's coming...never got a picture though. I need to get a good camera!
