GAME- Make Up A Doggie Olympic

Time to use your imagination to make up a game in the Doggie Olympics
- snatching treats from toddlers hands
- best roll of something dead and stinky in the yard
- most turns (the spins) when biting and chasing their tail
-also in that catagory,, most turns before taking a poo

Of course/ those of you with cats may want to add a game. For example: Litter Boxing!

Don't forget the paired toy tug-of-war events.  How about lizard stalking?   Scoot? Doggie Door Dash (i.e. the seconds elapsed from an outdoor noise to the body flapping through the doggie door?

Finn could represent the DK Olympic Team proudly in the following events:

The Bed Marathon.  Finnegan loves to take his bed with him where ever he goes. I have NO explanation for this but Finn has found this sport is much easier if he chews a quick hole when no one's looking, removes the stuffing in record time, and drags the empty shell of the bed.  It gives him an added advantage in going around corners and up the stairs with bed in tow.  He used to get stuck a lot. God help me if he ever discovers that the couches have stuffing in them!

Doodle Tipping.  A friend's golden doodle introduced this sport to FInn and why he had to not only remember it but perfect it, I don't know.  But the rules appear to be...if another dog is getting too much attention or takes your favorite toy, don't get mad or whine.  Just moosh up to him, lay down on your belly like in subordination, crawl under opposing dog's belly in a most friendly way (after all he's not paying attention while everyone is petting him), and stand up quickly.  Very quickly. Guaranteed to tip or flip the other dog over!  Score!  Finn's on his way to gold in this sport despite a record number of minutes in the "penalty box."

Oh Finn! You are a riot!!! We do not have bed marathons or doodle tipping practice here and I'm hoping we never do! Toooo funny! (Try to stay out of that "penalty box" buddy.)

Roo and Tigger would like to enter the dog paddle, bone retrieve relay.  They are very competitive about who get out first.

Roo and Tigger look like champion athletes in the bone retrieve relay!  And well matched too. I would enjoy watching that competition!
