Good news! Hurley has been accepted for the Doodle Messenger!!

I just got to check my email..I opened it and had the reply that Hurley got the vote to be added to The Doodle Messenger! I can't believe that the board members read Hurleys story and voted today! This is so amazing that you all pointed me in the direction that we needed to go. I was so upset last week and nervous about the Hurleys condition and now I am jumping up for joy that he is getting his surgery! He is going to get the help he needs and get these cysts off his head!

If it wasn't for all of you I would don't know where we would be. You helped give me advice, helped with the list of questions for our vets, told me about the Doodle Messenger and prayed for us...! You have no idea what this means to my family and Hurley.

I know we have a long road to go...I am hoping surgery will be sometime next month. He will have the first surgery to get the two cysts removed from his eyes. About 2 months later he will have the second surgery.

I don't think Thank you is enough in this case...I hope to "pay it forward" very soon!

I've gotten teary several times reading about Hurley but now it's happy tears.  He is lucky to have a family that loves him so much and this is wonderful news!

Yes happy tears now :) I have a sense of relief for Hurley.! He's getting the surgery!! It's going to be a long road but it's going to be worth it..he is going to have a long and happy doodle life...!! Thank you for thinking of us and putting him in your prayers!!
