How Did Anyone Make It...

How did anyone make it from the time you knew your Doodle was born, or from the time you knew you were getting another Doodle...how did you get from that time to the time when you could pick him/her up? My Little Dood is just over 3 weeks old and I have almost 5 weeks until I get to pick him up and take him home, but I do get to meet him in 2-1/2 weeks...

My question is...how the heck do you make it until D-Day (Doodle Day) without going crazy with excitement?

Oh and start catching up on sleep, stocking up on things like Bitter Apple and that stuff that takes urine smell out of rugs. You'd think I'd remember the name, but it's getting late here. I know I bought a gallon of it!!!

The sleep catching up notion has been completely abandoned due to DK addiction. Let me know if you remember the carpet stuff!

Stay on DK and read read read you will have a lot less time in 5 weeks. Try to learn what you can and go to sleep counting doodles!

This makes me feel better, Jennifer, b/c that is totally what I have been doing. Trying to soak everything up so I can be as prepared as possible! But I'm not getting much sleep as a result b/c this site is so darn fun! I haven't raised a puppy in 12 years and it's as if I have forgotten everything!!!
