How many doodles on DK?

Anyone ever curious about how many DK Doodles there are? I was just looking at the number of members, 8,281 and thinking that could easily mean over 10,000 doodles! WOW! So many of us have at least 2, that could be well over 10k, just mind boggling I think.

Just a random thought everyone, no real point to the story.

So would you guess maybe 10% of non-doodle owners or more?

My sister also joined to lurk   :)  Or find me because I am here a lot.  She has no dogs, however she found a dog that LOOKS just like a doodle many years ago on Valentines Day.  She had her for 17 years.  Her name... Valentine

Most of the ones I'm thinking of are not active. Some people have joined to try to sell something, or to ask/learn about doodles, or to share dog info in general.

Do the inactive ones every get deleted or dropped off the members list after a long time? I guess there's no need to do that though is there? Just wondering. I am home sick with a cold/flu, so I am having flight of ideas as I lay here.

Nope, they're there forever, unless somebody deliberately goes in and deletes them, which would essentially be banning them from the site, and Adina would not do that without a really good reason, as you know. Even a couple of internet trolls who had their discussions closed are still here as members officially.

Yep, that one guy in particular is still here that we discussed when the incident was happening, the autistic dog and then he said he put it down and Adina closed the discussion.
