Today I saw just the cutest collar and matching leash and of course I had to get it for Rooney.  I bring it home and really start to notice that his "collection" is getting pretty big.  I think I may have a problem.  I mean how many collars with matching leashes does a stylish dog need?  LOL On Rooney the collar isn't too visible due to his hair so having the matching leash is crucial - right?  I think Rooney has at least 12 sets - how many is too many?  How many do you have?

Could she be any cuter?!
I truly think that Rua and Rooney make the cutiest couple EVER!
Rooney is just going to be over the moon when these two finally have their playdate.  Rua is just the cutest little baby doll ever.
Like a man with ties?
They are all very cute and equally irresistable. I do refrain from buying more and sometimes it is very hard. Murphy has a brown eco-friendly (whatever that means) collar that looks good with his coloring, and Bella has a pink bamboo fabric one and matching leashes. I still use the same leash for Murphy that he's had since he was a puppy. I love it cuz it's a "Life is Good" brand.  I could go crazy with bling though and I do have some nice tags that i switch off and on. I have gotten some adorable ones, handmade from Etsy.com, and Bella is sporting a big pink sparkle tag now that looks so "Bella". Big, bright and in your face!
Just thought...you know that saying " You can never be too rich or too thin" ? Well we can add "Or have too many collars for your doodle."
Sue - I think that you are correct on this!

Since I know I am never going to even be a little rich, and I really don't want to be "thin", perhaps I will have to follow Jane's compulsion (perfect candidate to be a OCDM) and buy more collars for Rua.  Maybe at least 2 or 3 more!

I have searched all over town to find cute 1" collars (small size).  I can find a few, but they are $35-$40 and are OK, but not WOW!  I actually REALLY want to make collars...I just need to buy some supplies.  I was thinking perhaps I could have a little cottage business and sell them.  I need a little part-time job, anyway, to help support my Rua spending habits.  LOL

we only have one collar and leash, and they don't even freaking match. DH would give give me the "are you kidding me?" look if I ever came home with more...but I never even thought to buy more...hm....I'll blame you when DH asks me why I bought Lola another collar. Good idea, LOL

I especially like the biker tattoo one. I bet Rooney looks very tough in that one. Stella only has two decorative collars, I guess I'd better step it up!

My little pup - only has a real basic nylon one that the breeder gave us.  He seems to be scratching it ALOT.  I know its partly b/c he is getting used to having something around his neck - but I wonder sometimes - if it does really scratch him.  Which collars - have you guys really liked?  Is there a certain fabric that is more comfortable for them?
I think your pup is just getting used to his collar, Stella did that too at first.
