I am worried!!

Ok Amante has eaten , pooped and peed but he is gagging up mucous. I am really freaking out.  Last time I had a dog and didn't follow my instincts I had a horrible result. I need voices of reason what do I do!!

So a kennel cough after all. Poor little guy. I know it just sounds so scary when they are hacking like that all the time. He will be just fine soon.

Hoping you both sleep well tonight. I'm glad you have a vet who has been highly recommended to you, but hate that you had to drive in bad weather when Amante needed to see him. I think you have everything under control. Hope and pray Amante recovers quickly.

Thanks for the update. Sorry I don't know anything about Robitussin either so no help there. It sounds like you have a good vet but I am like you, I worry regardless!  I think he will do just fine with the meds and rest and you will do fine with some rest too!:) Hope you both have a peaceful night!
