I cut Hunter's nails and one keeps bleeding HELP!!

Let me start by saying I HATE cutting Hunter's nails.  I am always afraid I am going to cut them to short so normally I leave them longer.  This morning I was cutting one of her back nails and just when I went to cut she moved - normally she sits totally still - and I cut it to short and it started to bleed.  I have never cut them to short before to see them bleed!  This was early this morning, I put this Quick Blood Stopped on it and it seemed ok.  Now she just came in from outside and its bleeding again :-(  Is this normal?  It seems like a lot of bleeding!  I feel sooooooooo bad.  It doesn't seem to be bothering her at all - just me!  Any advise?

I'll join!  What could be better than a Doodle Online Happy Hour??? I'm also to much of a baby to try cutting the nails.  I have a horrible confession to make.  When the kids were really little babies, I was so afraid of cutting their little nails, that I used to "bite them off".  I was a total "closet baby nail biter", always afraid to tell ANYONE that I did this (although I suspect my Pediatrician may have wondered).  As I think of this now, I'm totally horrified.  I think I need a glass of wine.

haha Thats hilarious!!!! Nothing wrong with a little 'baby nail biting'  LOL!! My pediatrician actually suggested I do that to my newborns as their nails are so soft :)

OMG I did that to my girls!  It looked like if you cut their nails they were attached to the skin all the way to the top!!  I never told anyone I did it either :-)
