Ok so here's the thing Murphy is always excited when anybody comes home, he used to just grab the nearest toy and walk around with it in his mouth. But now he not only grabs a toy he likes to talk as well=) He is so funny you can't help but to laugh. In the last 2 week's he started to howl when I pull in the driveway, that really surprised me!!! Now he isn't doing this everyday but every now & then, and for some reason only when I pull in. He will be turning 2 real soon! What about your doodles?

Mica is fairly quiet unless she gets going with the barking and then she just can't seem to stop. She is getting much better about coming to me when I call and quieting down though. Moose is the real "talker" in the family. The family we adopted him from said he never barks. Boy were they wrong! He barks at just about anything that comes near the house (or our road for that matter). If he sees a duck or some other animal outside the car he goes nuts. I think it's the poodle part. Poodles are very protective of their homes. Moose also makes sounds that are similar to Chewbaca in Star Wars. It sounds like he is talking. Unfortunately, along with his increased "talking" and barking, he now whines in the car when we go anywhere. He used to sit and look out the window and not make a sound. Then, when he got to be almost 2 that all changed. He gets really loud and it can be quite distracting. Nothing seems to work in quieting him down either. He's just too excited I think. He gets even louder if he recognizes an area he's been to before (training, pet store, etc.) whether we are going there or not. What is really weird is I took him north of us where we had not been before and he started whining really loud and when I turned the corner there was a huge pet store. He knew before I did. Ha!
