Less than 5 Months Ago a Little Website was Born...

In April, my hubby Clark suggested I start this site thinking it would be a fun thing for doodle owners...crazy ones like me. (I think he was just trying to occupy me so I wouldn't complain about his computer time ;-))

So I gave in and put it up, but was secretly skeptical:
"Yeah..right...who's gonna join? There's plenty of yahoo groups and other forums for doodle people!" But he insisted that this site would be way more fun with more photos, videos, plus personal profiles. It really makes a difference when you know who you are talking to!

To my surprise, when I invited people...they came! And the site took off and became a wonderful place to share with other doodle lovers. Today [Aug 25] we hit 1000 members and I'm thrilled!

But really it's all because of YOU! All of you who participate and welcome others and are so friendly and willing to share a glimpse of your life with your doodle(s). You are who make Doodle Kisses fabulous!

Great job setting up this site, adding to it regularly and making it so user friendly. I love stopping in and looking at the photos and the posts. There's always something new and interesting. Wish I had more time. I'd be here lots more. Thanks for all you do.

Adina and Clark, thank you, thank you, thank you for such a wonderful place to come and share photos, tips, fun and support for each other. I love forums, but usually just check out what others have to say. This is the first one where I have actually felt comfortable making comments and sharing stuff with others. Plus, I probably would not have found out that Stella (Maddie and Morgan's sister) was right here in Richmond if it weren't for you guys! So we have made new friends already and look forward to making many many more! And I just can't get enough of the photos. Its such fun to see all the different doodles. Keep up the good work!!
