So i finally got my precious little doodle yesterday but dh and i cant agree on a name whatsoever....ive been calling her puppy (duh) and ruby....my dh thinks that sounds like an old ladys name.....any help...what do u think she looks like? my mom said she better have a before she sees her grandpuppy again lol...shes really mellow likes to sleep all day.....prances like the poodle in her...im nowhere close to naming her and i feel bad!
OMGoodness, she looks like a Gracie to me. Although your DH would think that is an old lady's name too. HMMMMMM, lets see, Tasha, ewwww, don't like that. I know, I like Emma...... Let us know what you pick.
My older dogs were amber with the redish yellow tinge. Cinnamon and Jasmine. Cinny and Jazzie for short.
I think she does look like an amber to me. When my Neely gets in the light it looks as though the base of his fur is red and then the top is yellow white. He looks pretty much the same as yours except he is 6 mths now. I think he could have been a blaze or a flame too. But those seem like boy names to me.
Yep amber. Unless you come up with something you like better or course.
Hi Katie
I like the suggestion of Abby - I was told that something with an 'ee' sound on the end is a good idea for training and calling your puppy - they like that sound. We call our's Sophie.
She's a beautiful puppy - how old is she??
shes going to be 8 weeks on friday....still havent found a name have been calling her poppy for the last few days but it just doesnt fit her...plus it sounds like im saying puppy when im calling her....i love abbey but thats my friends other DD's name...GRRRRRRR this is so frustrating i dont want to change her name again but it just doesnt fit
She's so pretty :)
I am partial to names with an "ee" on end - think they might respond better.
Have you named her yet? I know a dog named Lily that looks like your girl! I really like Cammie as Karen suggested. I also like Lady....our girls name is Lady Peri. (goes by Peri or Pear Bear most of the time though!).
