Need Ideas for Future Front Page Slide Shows...

Here's a link to all our past Front Page Slide Show themes...some we repeat every so often, but I'm looking for NEW ideas for the coming months. Check out what we've done...and please make your suggestions here!

Some things to consider
...themes should be themes that are fairly easy to capture/photograph or things that don't involve too much interpretation--otherwise it might be better to just start a thread on a photo theme and have people respond that way.
...there should already be a fair number of photos that FIT the theme on the site -- this means that members wouldn't all have to take brand new photos, but could if they wanted to.

Yes, we have done doodles and kids...perhaps I missed listing that one. But we can repeat it! People really liked that one!

Make sure you time the next "Doodles & Kids" show so that your doodles & kid can appear in it!

How about "Beach Doodles"
Could do "Digging Doodles" almost like dirty, but we could catch them in the act. Who's Doodle can dig the deepest and biggest hole?

Beach would work.
Not sure about Digging as for the most part I will not allow it to happen while I stand by to take a photo ;-)...LOL.. maybe others are the same? That might be a good discussion thread though for all who do have photos to share by inserting their photos into their response...after they measure the hole =)

No, I am not going to stand by and take pictures of Spud digging holes. OH MY. Don't want to encourage the ham to do it all the time.

What about Dirty Doodles? That could include a dog who was either digging or "eating" the dirt. See the picture below. FYI- I discovered she had been in the plant after the fact!

Maybe "Goofy" or "Silly Doodles"?? Doodles hamming it up for the camera? :)

How about "Doodles on Vacation", "Agility Doodles", "Tricky Doodles" (Doods doing tricks)?

Totally could do Doodles on Vacation.
Agility Doodles may not be inclusive enough as not that many of our members do it..but maybe I'm wrong.
Tricky Doodles I'm not sure about--might be better in a discussion thread so people could insert the photo and write a short description of the 'trick' - I say this because a lot of tricks involve movement that's hart to capture in a still shot.

I see your point on agility. Maybe it could be doodles involved in any type of dog "sport"; e.g. obedience, freestyle, hunting, agility, etc.

I liked the agility idea, but since there might not be enough, I like opening it up to include all sports. Sports would be a good one.
