I think the reason you can't read it is because it was saved in Word 2007 and you don't have that software.  When the "x" is at the end of the "doc" that lets you know it is a 2007 word document.  You have the choice to save word documents to read up or down (2003-2007).  I will see if I can change it and repost it for you guys.  Hope it works!

duncan is spoiled. he gets so much quality time with me. I work from home and take hourly breaks to play fetch in the living room with him, take him to the park for walks and "squirrel hunting", we go to the dog park 4 times a week and he comes with me to my friends and family's homes when i visit.

Most of my friends have dogs and so there's always an impromptu play date. He's just the luckiest dog. Oh and then there's the trips to the pet store. And he always accompanies me to the gas station or drive thru dunkin donuts.

 

He's currently sleeping with his head on my lap right now. and he sleeps on my bed by my head. He's with me more hours than he's not. Lucky lucky doodle.

 

If only i could get him to run by my side i'd take him running with me too. But he prefers to sniff or run ahead of me...

Great article. There are so many" Easy" ways to spend time with them even when your busy.

This is great.  I have another idea to add:  if you have room in your kitchen, have a rug be your doodle's "place" while you are cooking.  Peri hangs out with me on a rug by the sink while I cook. She gets her antler and likes to just be near me.  It is a nice way to have her presence while I am getting dinner ready.  I talk to her while I am doing it!

Good article.  I always try to bring Buddy along with me in the car as long as it is not too hot or cold.  It breaks my heart to see lonely dogs:(
