I would be more likely to sign up for something with a set fee. I have been burned before when signing up for something and then trying to cancel my membership. I like Sherri's idea.
I like that idea for the one time payment!
Me too.
I felt the same way, F. Let's see how difficult it's going to be to cancel.
It was a process. Not a click of the button at all. Good luck
Things like this are a pet peeve of mine too. Made to sound like you were getting everything for only $1 but finding out after you sign up that you will be charged $27 every month....beginning immediately after the three days for $1. I cannot stand that type of secret access to accounts and charging monthly.
I tend to agree. I did cancel but it will take up to two days for them to confirm. Meanwhile I am reviewing videos : )
I also prefer to opt in rather than opt out. And as we all know, opting out can sometimes be a royal pain and consume far too much time.
But I disagree that anything was "made to sound like you were getting everything for only $1 but finding out after you sign up that you will be charged $27 every month." The sign up page clearly states the terms of the deal and when the $27 dollar charge, if the order is not cancelled, will begin.
I am going to stick with this for a few months--$27 is a great price for access to information and materials that I am finding very helpful with my particular dog training challenges.
I also signed up for $1, figuring I would continue for a month or two. I was not disappointed in the least because I felt the deal was clearly stated. I just do not have the time to sit down and view it all in a few days. However, I have watched the 5 golden rules and I really like Doggie Dan's positive approach.
I was disappointed but not surprised to see it too.
Me three, or four.... This is one of my pet peeves, but I sucked it up and signed up anyhow. Figure I'll enjoy at least a couple of months, but I prefer not to make that decision by default, and then fight to unsubscribe..
I watched the 5 golden rules and could see room for considerable improvement on my part :)
