Spring Walk!

I am sure there are many of you Easterners out there that are enjoying  first  SprIng Walk!  I have to say that I vacillated today, wanting the treadmill and catching up with my sit coms and dopey dramas!  But I am glad to say that I put on my UnderArmors and enjoyed the windy 60's down by the LI sound with Quincy being a very good boy walking (and taking his treats from my side) as we did our old mile walk!  Felt so good to be back!

Glad you enjoyed your walk.LOL, I am about to throw out my treadmill because it is never used and we go out to walk 99% of the days, torrential rains being one of the few things that will stop us me. We still have lots of snow but yesterday it actually got up to 45 degrees and I walked for the first time in months without a winter jacket, hat or gloves. It was beautiful without any wind and you could actually feel some heat from the sun to warm these old bones. It gives me hope.

We've had temperatures in the 50s this past week and JD and I have resumed our long morning walks. It does feel good to get back out into the fresh air again!

We've walked a little but, but have been going to the dog park a lot more!  Salvador loves it!!  And honestly, so do I!

Donna I bet Quincy doesn't care about those torrential rains. I took Max out one day in the rain and I think he loved it better than when it wasn't raining lol.

I'm jealous. It snowed the past 3 days in Alaska. I love snow, but I don't love April/May snow.

It is so much nicer to be walking in this weather.  I packed away the snow boots and my "Winter walking parka" yesterday....life is good.

We've had too many Spring walks. It is not going well but I enjoy them anyway. Spud is being walked instead of being let out because of a swamp in the backyard.  He just does not want to go anywhere but home. UGH.

It is such a difference from just a few weeks ago though when it was a thrill walk in 23 degrees  

Hoping for a flower soon. We have none yet. Unbelievable.
