Just because Kate hasn't done it for months doesn't mean she won't.  I made breaded pork tenderloin and gravy just like my mom used to do when I was a kid.  It was really good.  I left to go eat and when I came back she was licking her lips/beard and looking very content.  She kindly left one for my husband.
