I know that my 2-legged critters all have different personalities, but am always amazed at the differences in personality in my 4-legged critters!  Cody loves to chew on his toys, cuddle with us and is calm and "laid-back." Casey, on the other hand, wants to spend his time outside barking, chewing up the remote control, stealing clothes to take outside and chew up and in general is "a hand-full!" They are litter mate brothers, but could not be any more different. Even eating. We feed them in their crates. As soon as we put the food in, Cody eats, then quietly lays down until we let him out. Casey stands there barking at anyone who gets near his crate (We also have 4 dachshunds) and doesn't eat until we let Cody out, then he will gobble down his food and fuss to get out of his crate.  They are both sweethearts and love attention, but Casey reminds me of a 3 year old with ADHD. He is always roaming and just looking for trouble to get into while Cody is laying on the couch watching him.

lol My dogs are completely different also. It cracks me up too.

Yes, they keep us laughing - except when Casey finds ANOTHER remote control. I don't know how he finds them! The last time I bought them in bulk. I swear - I really do try to keep them put up, but if they accidentally get left on the table - they are a goner.

My two are SO different....but that makes it interesting.

It amazes me just how different they are.

I know, when we had more then just Oliver here, we used to marvel at all the differences in the way they acted and did things. Makes it interesting for sure, lol

Sure does.

Same here, and from all I've read here, it doesnt seem to have anything to do with male vs female. They all seem to have their own unique quirks. Gotta love em.

Casey really keeps us on our toes! He has made me a neater person - if I leave ANYTHING out of place, he gets it.

Same here, too.  I call Eloise the responsible older sister and Beasley is the younger one always looking for a party (or mischief, as the case may be).  The way they play, eat, communicate, cuddle/sleep, and generally approach life -- all different!  And as opposite as they are, I'm always amazed at the things about them that are nearly identical, too.  Never a dull moment!

Yes, they make sure we are awake and alert. We were snoozing on the couch when he chewed up the new, expensive brush yesterday.
Same here, but my two doods are both very laid back - mature at 5 yrs and 3 yrs makes a lot of difference too. But when puppies on a scale of one to ten, ten being off the charts energy, Charlie would be a 2, beau would be a 5, so I think we lucked out!
