I ran across this today, it came with Webber, and I thought I would share it with all of you.  If it's been up before, I am sorry, I didn't find it on a DK search so I thought I would share.

That brought tears to my eyes.  Having had to go through the pain of putting a dog down, the one about going on difficult journeys together.  As hard as it was to watch it happen, I was glad that I was there.

I have tears in my eyes!! It is hard to believe how some dogs are treated, it just makes me want to give my sweet dood some extra kisses today and tell him 'I love him too!!!' :*)

I cry every time I read the Ten Commandments.  My breeder put it in the packet she gave me when I got Webber.  I think it says something about how she feels about her pups.  It's so touching!!

It definately does! I think a good breeder adds that special touch and you just know your pup was loved before he/she ever made it to you. My breeder included a cute poem with Hudson, I should find it and post it also :)

Please do.  It would be interesting to collect the kinds of things breeders send out with their pups. Maybe it would help possible new owners.

I just found it and typed it out in another discussion. It certainly doesn't tug at the heartstrings as much as this does but it puts a smile on my face!! :)

It has been 3.5 years and sometimes it feels as if it were yesterday.  But that is what is so special about them.  They stay with us forever!
