My friends.............I need some help with finding some toys for my Bear. He destroys every toy within a matter of hours, so I really do not like to spend a lot of money on toys. I have 2 toys that are guaranteed to be indestructible.......and when he does destroy it, I am able to take it back to the store and they will give me a new one in place of the other..........I do have to bring what is left of the toy. I think this is great.

Bear LOVES his lamb's wool like toys, but like I said before.........within hours or (if we are lucky) in a couple of days it will be gone. Does anyone have any ideas of toys which would be hard to destroy for Bear? Thanks!!

I have had the same experience as Ali. My Winston chews up the black Kong's but not as quickly as the red ones. Higgins - the dood - has a soft mouth so he is good with kongs. However, they absolutely love to rip out the stuffing any "indestructable" stuffed toy. They seem to love just the material. As a result, stuffing gone in a day but the material lasts. Sometimes I will put an empty plastic water bottle to get them going and that seems to work as well. As long as they can't get to the plastic water bottle, I am happy!
Roo can chew, too. Even Tuffie's are no match for him. However Zogoflex toys hold up to him. They come in bone, ball, and disc shape and are available online at smartpak.com.
Halas slayed his GoDog dragon, and pooped the yellow and pink pieces.
Leslie, I laughed out loud when I read your post. We have had confetti poop around here many times!
Yes, it's entertaining to try to figure out what it is they've eaten. You find yourself thinking, "What do we have that's hot pink and bright yellow? Oh, yeah, the dragon!"
Toby too. He loves his Kong when something is in there, but leaves it alone when it's empty. I'm looking for something for him to chew that will hold his attention. A new bully stick will for a bit, but not long. He needs to learn to "do" something that doesn't involve me holding the other end of it!
Halas loves his Everlasting Treat Ball. I only give it to him once in awhile. It's really difficult to get the treat out, so he ends up just chewing and licking at it for a couple of hours. Halas has destroyed a lot of his toys, but the orange treat ball is still in one piece. And it does keep him busy for a long time.

This link is to a blue one. You put a treat in each end. There's also an orange one that has room for only one treat. This is the one Halas has now. He WAS able to destroy the blue one. But not the orange one. It must just be a slightly different shape, so he can't get his teeth on it just right. They have them at Petmart and other pet supply stores, too.
try the Busy Buddy by Premier Pet Toys.....the ends twist off and you put a chewy ring on either side of the rubber ball in the middle......
Chapin is a chewer too! I stopped giving him plush toys because he'd chew them to pieces, but then I felt badly because I thought that he must like that it feels softer on his gums than a Kong or bully stick or whatever. He'd go from one to the other depending on what his gums needed, I guess.

I decided to treat him the way I treated my son when he was teething. Sometimes my son wanted something hard, sometimes something soft.

So, I just gave Chapin an old towel. He pushes it into a lump, gnaws on it forever, sometimes tears it, and it sometimes comes away bloody from his teething, and it makes us both feel good. Also - sometimes I toss it into the freezer before I give it to him.
I do this with a tea towel, but I wet it before I put it in the freezer. Toby like to gnaw on that - maybe it feels good on his gums.
Boone LOVES his good cuz. He finally chewed the feet off but the squeaker still works. We limit his time with it because it drives us crazy. It has lasted for a long time.
LOL we've learned to be ok with the noise. If we hear squeaking than we know Kali isn't getting up to any mischief.
