What nicknames do you call your Doodle?

We call Penny many things: P. Doodle, Stinkpot, Sweetcakes, Penny Annie (penny ante, get it?), Fuzzy Wuzzy, Blondie, and Curly-Girly. Most of the time she's a "Sweetcake" but she has plenty of moments when she's a "Stinkpot"! :-)

I call Ludo "Bubs" or "Bubsies" most of the time!

We're probably confusing our dogs by calling them various other names! LOL!

We usually call Myla "Hot-Dog" or "Monkey-Doodle-Dandy" and I love saying "Myla, Myla, Pudding and Pyla, kissed the girls and made them smile-a" (I don't know why, but I love the way it rolls off my tongue).

Charlie Brown ~ we usually call him Charlie B; daughter call him Chucky

I call Belle Bellisima or Bellamia.  When she has rolled in something noxious outside, I call her Smelly Belle. Lately people have been calling her Jingle Belle because she seems to "think the song is about her" - when they played it at a friend's house, Belle ran as close as she could get to the speakers and tilted her head with a look of utter concentration on her face until the song ended. Sometimes when we snuggle I sing it to her and get lots of kisses.

[Nancy, Ned, Clancy, and Charlie]

Nedderbutter and Noodle are the most common nicknames we use for Ned.  Clancy is shortened to Clance, but oddly nothing else.  Perhaps this is because we got Clancy as an adult and named him then?????

I love everyone's nicknames! So clever. Our beagle/bassett is nicknamed Tinkerbutt, ala Tinkerbell. It started out as Stinker, then changed to Tinker and then we added the "butt" because she wiggles her behind so much when she waddles around, in her old age. We've even shortened her name to just Tink at times. Our other dog Lexi, is simply Angel. Between the 3 dogs, I don't know how I keep all the names straight. Jeez, I can't even keep family names correct. LOL!
