I received an email from Change .org today and just got to it. Remember the Canadian sled dogs who were abused and shot ? Well here is a follow up.

"Sled dogs, saved! After a hundred sled dogs were brutally massacred in British Columbia, Lost actor Ian Somerhalder created a campaign on Change.org to get the province to change its policies governing the treatment of animals. More than 67,000 people signed, and British Columbia just adopted the strongest anti-cruelty laws in all of Canada! "

On top of this Saudi women can now drive, Grand Canyon may be saved from nearby mining and other good things happened this week.

That is good news!  Too bad it has to take a major campaign to prevent animal cruelty - can't people just CARE!!!???
Thanks for giving us the good-news highlights.

This is wonderful news, F! Thank you for letting us know.

LIKE!!  With all the bad news that is reported every day it is refreshing to hear good news.  Thank you

yeah for good news  If the sources of news would place good news front and center, it would be catching and more good news would be generated.  Everyone wants their fifteen minutes of fame, even if they have to do something good!
