When did your doodle finish growing?

At about what age did you notice your doodle was finished growing. My boy is 7 months and I would like a general idea of when he will finish growing, thanks guys! :)

I have no idea, sorry but I think it depends on what size you dog is.  Mini, medium or standard?  I think the little ones stop growing earlier.

I'm wondering the same thing.  My girls are 5 and 7 months old and they are 40 pounds but I know that with standards, they can get up to 90 lbs.  I don't expect them to be that big but perhaps up to 60.

Mine is between 55-65 pounds now and is an F1b bred back to the retriever rather then the standard poodle and he is 25" tall and grew an inch over the past 2 weeks, he just keeps getting bigger and bigger and I love it! :) His mom was 80-90 pounds and very tall but I didn't see his sire (retriever)

Your girls are cute! they will probably be somewhere between 60-70 pounds, just my thoughts anyway. I'm expecting my boy to reach 80-100 pds but I have no idea about the height! He seems to be growing so fast I'm beginning to wonder if his growing will ever slow down!

Thanks Kendra, our 2nd generation is on the poodle side (their common relative). Ginger was the runt so I don't expect her to be too big. Penny is almost 3 months younger and her feet are HUGE! Way bigger than Ginger's.  I hope she doesn't tower over her. It could really change the dynamics in a HUGE way....lol. I'd like to see them around 60 pounds but we'll be happy no matter what.

My dog is 13 months. He weighs 83lbs and is 26 inches. His mom was a golden and dad a standard poodle. Hair is wavy, shaggy. I am think he is done growing at least I hope so.

Feet are a big hint in my opinion. Yours is mostly retriever & as a boy you are looking at a 1 to 1 1/2. As they age they widen out & get the stockiness that retrievers get. He is pretty boy for sure.

Darwin stopped growing at around 1 year, maybe 1 1/2 years. He was at full height by 8 or 9 months, but has continued to put on a few pounds since then. I think he has leveled out now though.

I think Porter was full height by 1-1.5 years, and weight...well, he's best at 68 lbs, but I think he is around 72. 

As for his height, he lies down and shows his belly to the tape measure so it is hard to get an accurate read.  Maybe 21 inches?

Shelby stopped growing about 10 months to a year.  You will notice when your Doodle is not so wobbly.

Smaller doodles stop growing by 8 months or so. Ned was 17" tall and 26 pounds by 8 months and at almost 3 hasn't changed at all.  I do think at some point he will gain some weight and we will have to monitor his portions, but right now he self-monitors.
