Where does your Doodle go for "alone time" ?

Daisy goes into our closet every morning after breakfast and her morning jog to get away from it all.

DH and I go about our busy morning while she sleeps in there, probably because it's dark and out of the way.

Yesterday I must have inadvertently dropped a sweater when I went in for my clothes. When I went in there later to "gently" wake her up to leave for work this is what I found. She must have been this way for at least a half hour.

I had to sneak back out to get my camera, here are the results. ha ha

Adorable. Reminds me of when my body pillow fell out of bed and landed on Rosco ( who sleeps on the floor near my side of the bed) and he just continued sleeping with it on him. I didn't realize till the next morning!

Rosco goes to our bedroom and naps on his bed if he wants to get away. Or he might lie under the kitchen table.
Boca is always crated when we can't supervise, but sometimes around her 'bedtime' she'll also go to the dog bed in our room.

Oh my gosh that is such a CUTE pic!!! I don't think Banjo EVER sleeps THAT soundly! When he wants to get "away" he goes right into his crate and CLOSES the door (as far as he can get it) it's a riot! Of course, the crate is right between the couch and chair where we sit to relax.

How cute! Sure looks like a Monday. My 2 standard doodles go to their crates when they need alone time, my mini never wants to be alone, he is full speed and loves to be where we are, not always engaged but near by.

Such a cute picture, lol...Oliver goes behind a chair in the den, he thinks we can't see him, lol, and he sort of folds in half, with his face and nose buried in his belly. he will also go on the bed in my office, when he wants to survey the neighborhood, or for a quick nap. But his favorite place is his crate, he will go in our room, if I leave the door open, which I don't usually, too many things he would like to get into and explore, but at night when he is finished on our bed with us, he will go in his crate in our room, and stand there until we close the door and then he will lay down and go to sleep. Silly doodle, he really thinks he can hide from us, lol....

Oh gosh Daisy...you are so sweet! Our goldendoodle Thomas takes off to the front hall foyer where it is cool when he wants some down time. Of course in the usual doodle pose...on his back with his leggies in the air.

This is MY FAVORITE pose - I think all Doodles do this - wonder why...do you think they just know how cute they are?

I love the picture, Daisy is a very pretty dog. She probably liked the added darkness the sweater created :). Holly usually goes into her crate or lays on her bed. She always lets us know when she wants to be alone, if we try to snuggle her on her bed she'll get up and walk to another spot. Kind of funny. She also likes to lay under our feet when we're on the couch, mostly when we have our soft blanket out. If we ever leave it on the floor she chooses it over her bed, it's too funny! Here's a pic of her next to the couch with the blanket on her, I got up to answer the phone and didn't realize I buried her in the process. Love these dogs :).

Daisy what a little sweetheart you are!!! This is where Tara likes to go to be alone.I guess she doesn't realize that we can see just about ALL of her!! This night she did take a friend along for company!!

Thanks Lisa! Daisy would make a wonderful big sister for a little doodle! It looks like I should get Tara a little sissy too so she doesn't have to drag that big old stuffed animal around for companionship! :(
