About the Contest:
The Petfinder.com Foundation is partnering with Fuzzy Nation to bring you the SUPER MODEL Photo Contest. Through 11:59 P.M. EDT on August 1, contestants may submit a picture of their adopted dog along with their adoption story to the SUPER MODEL Photo Contest app on the Fuzzy Nation Facebook page. The top 50 stories will be chosen by the Petfinder.com Foundation and Fuzzy Nation based on the quality and uniqueness of the story and photo. The shelter or rescue group from which the pet was adopted must be a Petfinder.com member to be eligible.
The top 50 finalists will be announced Aug. 5. From Aug. 8 through 11:59 P.M. EDT on Aug. 21, fans may vote for their favorite of the top 50, once a day. On Aug. 22, the top three winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded.
GRAND PRIZE:
$10,000 to the shelter or rescue group from which you adopted your dog
A custom Fuzzy Nation bag made to resemble the winner's dog
A Kuranda dog bed to pamper your pooch
A $300 gift card to FuzzyNation.com
SECOND PRIZE:
$3,000 to the shelter or rescue group from which you adopted your dog
A Kuranda dog bed to pamper your pooch
A $100 gift certificate to FuzzyNation.com
THIRD PRIZE:
$1,000 to the shelter or rescue group from which you adopted your dog

Of these, I think the yellow scarf one is my favorite. But I agree with the others that I've seen some really cute ones of him on your bed. They show how adorable and how lucky he is.

Thank you. I have entered Johnny Boy. He story was unique and I cannot think of a more wonderful thing than winning some money for DRC. Without whom, I would not have adopted one of the sweetest dogs in the entire world xx

Well, I went ahead and entered Stuart. I say that EVERONE with a rescue needs to enter. We need someone from DK to win this money for rescue. How cool would that be? And no matter what if any of our rescue's makes it to the finals - we will need all 8000 to 9000 of us to help by voting at that point.

Hmmmm. Her name is Starlit. Our fancy way of spelling A Starlet!~ a young, up-and-coming famous STAR! A young pup who leaves New York City to return to her Ohio roots and hang out under the starlit nights instead. We shall see. This one needs some work but I love the photo.
