Wildlife... No Birds! :)

In looking through the discussions, I see quite a few wildlife shots.  But no discussion specifically for them... so.

Here are a few I caught over the weekend.

I still want to know why the beaver crossed the road?  Heehee.

And this shot made me think of all of Sheila's recent bird pictures.  :)

The coyote and beaver I saw here in the Denver area, where we live temporarily.  The antelope, buffalo and elk were when we were driving through the Salt Lake area. I have a few sea creatures from Oregon.  I'll post those.  :)

The bison was quite close. I have shots where they walked right by our car. The elk was off the interstate. Not my favorite thing to stop on the shoulder, but my dh insisted he wanted a picture. The antelope was quite far off, and I cropped the picture quite severely.

Juvenile sea lion on the beach

Black-tailed deer in the lake (I missed the shot of them swimming across... wah).
