Brenda...Sidney was a GoldenDoodle so that means your Teddi is an F1b. My Gracie Doodle is an F1. Dudley was the Golden Retriever and Roxy was the Poodle. I do know that Duncan was her other male Golden Retriever and that would be Teddi's father. Gotta love these Doodles!!! They are the best and yes, we also loved how Christy raised the pups. We still keep in touch with her!

Thanks, Nancie. At the time we got Teddi we didnt know much about doodles...just that we liked the mix...and how Christy raised her puppies. I didnt remember if she was half and half or what...so if Sidney was a doodle that tells it.

Our Gracie Doodle was born May 18, 2007 and her parents were Roxy and Dudley. We met Sidney who was about 18 months old when we visited Gracie's litter. I remember telling Christy that I wanted my Doodle to look exactly like Sidney! So I guess your litter was the next litter that Christy had!

We got our Teddi ...girl in 07. born in Sept...picked her up in Oct. Her father was Duncan and mom was Sidney. She is the best dog we've ever had. I would love to find other litter mates.

We FINALLY have Maggie Lou's face on this site. We got her from Christy's Goldendoodles who took exceptional care of her before we got her in 1/07 (birthdate 11/12/06). Her parents were Dudlee and Roxy. She's a sweet, smart
and silly girl now living in Rancho San Diego. We'd enjoy having her meet any siblings. We bumped into a littermate at Balboa Park a couple years ago, but we lost the name/owner at that time.

My Gracie Doodle is much older (4) so her parents are Roxy who has been retired and Dudley. When we got Gracie Christy had three kids and now she has four. They were in the whelping box the moment the puppies were born and it was one of the best things Christy could have done. My Gracie is so sweet and gentle and she is a huge girl!!! Very tall and long (standard f1). Christy does a great job socializing her pups. Congratulations on Maggie!

Hey everyone! I know this group isn't super active but I did want to post here to let you all know that I've got Fergie from Bella and Max's June 2011 litter. Her name is Maggie now and she is just wonderful! I couldn't be more pleased and happy. We live up in Northern California and I brought her home on Southwest. It was great. She clearly has spent a lot of time with Christy's kids because she is so playful with my boys and just loves to sit with a toy in our laps and snuggle. Her coat is very thick and fleecy. I can barely pull it away to see her skin especially around her hind legs. She has slept through the night from day one. Wish my own kids were this adaptable when they were young! So if anyone from this litter comes around I'd love to hear updates.

Thanks! I'm not sure what type of coat Teddy has. It's fluffy in parts and curly in others. I've been told that he still has his "baby" coat and that his adult coat might come in at around 9 mo but I'm not sure if that's true. Right now it seems he has more of a retriever coat than a poodle. It's a pretty color, white-blonde in parts and apricot in others.
When we picked Teddy out there were only two blonde puppies left to choose from. We liked them both and asked Christy which one would look most like a teddy bear and that's how we picked Teddy!
Looking forward to seeing pics of your puppy!
