Thanks for the update Sue! It sure sounds like he has a wonderful life!! YEA on the potty training! The pictures are great! He is so cute, if I do say so myself. :o) He played in the snow a little bit when we went to the airport the day he came to you, but we didn't have too much then.

April, Wanted to update you. Murphy continues to be just an awesome traveler and such a fast learner and so polite. He has met HUNDREDS of people in now 4 different states. He hasn;t met a dog yet that he hasn;t wanted to play with. We haven;t had a potty accident in almost 3 weeks and he went to the vet today for the last of his shots. He is 29.7#. And I have trimmer him twice already as his hair has just gotten so long so fast. Next I'm learning to pull the ear hair but I hesitate since he is so good about his ears being touched i don;t want to cause him to not like it. He had the beginning of an ear infection a few weeks ago but with diligent care I caught it within a few days. So I know I have to get the hair out. He will be going to Florida nest month and become a beach puppy at the dog beach near us. I'll send pictures of him swimming in the ocean. I just uploaded pictures of this week with him playing in the snow. His first time as far as I know. He is such a joy and I have given your name and website to 3 more people this week. One seemed VERY interested in one just like Murphy. thanks again.

April,
I am not able to download pictures at this time, but I will. Want you to see the 2 Murphy Brothers together last week. They are just so cute together. Murphy M (my Murph) is getting so big and doing very well with housebreaking. I really do think we have abreakthrough happening as he goes to the door now and if we ask "Outside?" he zooms to the door and potty's most everytime we take him out. Very few accidents and as always, it's our fault. We have gone from taking him off the tethered lease in the kitchen to letting him roam in half of the RV and at our daughters house. This is a BIG step for us. Chewing is really been minimal and he learns very quickly what NOT to chew. He really is very smart. Such a love. I will get pictures to you soon. Just don;t have the internet for it right at this time. Thanks again, Sue

April, Murphy is doing so well with everything. Such a great puppy. He is getting so big and his coat appears lighter everyday. Which I just love!!!
We have had to give him more than the recommended amount of baths tho since we are outdoors so much and the dusty dirt here is so alkaline, it's harsh on our skin and makes his coat so rough feeling. We had a few busy days with him and he tolerated it all well, but we have let him set the naptime pace more now that we have finished the jeep rally. Left him alone for 1 1/2 hours last night for first time, took him out of crate when we got back saying "Outside?" and he ran to the door and went potty outside!!!!! How amazing is that? It was a light at the end of the housebreaking tunnel!!!

Loved the videos!!! We so look forward to the weekly updates! I swear this is worse than when we were pregnant! It has been rediculously cold up here...but they are talking heat wave next week...at least it will feel that way:-)
It is amazing how much the puppies grow from week to week...

We are so excited and cannot wait to bring home our little guy from zoey's litter! He is a HUGE SURPRISE for our oldest son, he had asked for a dog when he was 5 but it was just not a good time for us to get a dog, not with a 2 year old. So we told him when he turned 8, well he turned 8 dec 23rd and has NO CLUE he will finally get his doggie he has so longed for and been very patient about," I must add". I would love to chat with other families that are waiting also, to share in the excitment! Anyone close to or in the oxford Mi, area?!?!

We are definitely getting one of Kennedy's puppies. They are all adorable! The kids are debating the name now....the little one likes Chase...but I kindof like what April's daughter has been calling the big boy...Murphy. I think that is appropriate, like Murphy's Law:-) Only good!

No, she's not. Lisa's getting one of Kennedy's pups. I did invite the other Arizona family too! Hopefully they'll join soon. :o)
