this is the rest of the crew..any help would be much appreciated..thanks in advance

Looks to me the eyes in all of the pics were scissor cut above and on the sides, not below (hair below the eyes is rarely cut, and only when there's hairs growing up into the eye).

The snouts look scissor cut, not shaved. I would take the pics and indicate to the groomer to only scissor cut and not shave any part of the face.

Gosh, this is my own dog and I don't know what the groomer uses to cut him. LOL I could ask.

Wow...the second one is Gracie Doodle...my baby!!!  I happen to groom her myself so I take this as quite a compliment.  Vern is the other Doodle you picked.  He is a Labradoodle and Gracie is a Goldendoodle.  So right there you have hair growth patterns that are different.  It seems to me that a lot of the Labradoodles have the brow ridge that grows up and then falls over as it gets longer.  It also looks like the hair is a coarser hair.  Gracie has very soft and floppy face and head hair.  In her case I comb all the hair that is above her eyes between the ears straight forward (I think of them as bangs).  I hold them between my first and second fingers and use a curved scissor (with the curve closest to the brow) and usually in two snips I have it cut.  I pull the hair out and tight before I cut.  With her snout I comb up both sides to the middle of her nose like a pony tail.  Again I gather it all between my two fingers (they are in a line from nose to bridge) and with straight edge scissors I cut.  When you comb it back down it is in layers and is fluffy.  The hair under the eyes and behind the newly fluffed snout I run my straight bladed scissors straight down with them half closed.  Have you ever cut wrapping paper where you just push the scissors across the paper and don't even have to use a cutting motion?  Well this is what I do in that area and down including the area just in front of the ears.  This is also how I scissor cut her legs.  As far as the poofer on the top of the head I again pull her hair up between two fingers and with my curved scissors cut across in an arc blending into the ears.  It can't be done in one snip.  You need to work across the top of the head and possibly in a few rows.   When the hair is laying back down if you see any scissor cut edges then you take some blending shears and cut into the line a bit to chop it up.  I do use clippers under her chin because I don't care for beards.  I use a 1/4 or 1/2" comb attachment to a #10 blade.  I then take my straight scissors and ever so carefully (after combing all the snout hair down) cut the hair right at the lip line angling up at the back on the lower lip.  I usually only have to snip a few hairs on the upper lip because most of it got taken care of with the snout clip.  I do have to trim and shape the hairs that are on either side of her nose because those are too short to include in the initial snout cut.  Ears are never the same twice.  Gracie has very big long ears so I keep them about 1/2" below the leather.  Hardest part for me to cut because she keeps dipping her head or laying down.  You have to keep the head in an alert position to really get it right which is hard because you are busy holding the hair between your fingers and therefore can't hold the head still.  Again the blending shears come in very handy to shag them up a big.  I then use my clippers with a 1/4" or 1/2" comb to trim her neck under her ears.  I just flip them up and trim the entire neck and back behind her ears.  This is so her ears can breath and not get infections and dry easier after swimming or baths.  I also like to keep her neck all the way around short so her collar shows...after all she is a girl and has her wardrobe of collars!!!!  You might want to check out Fs two Doodles.  Calla and Luca have beautiful face cuts!!!

Thanks so much for the details, Nancie. I am grooming Kallie myself and have watched some youtube videos and read other descriptions on DK but your explanation is the best on what exactly to do.I will follow your methods on the head next time!
